The majority of the tracks compiled here were recorded after a devastating loss which resulted in a life shattering, and consequently life affirming, period. I was staring into the void. Everything was questioned, torn down and built anew. I found comfort, for the first time in years, in the creative process and was fortunate enough to express and purge that which nearly consumed me. Hearts and minds kept me here. I lost everything yet gained the world.
